It’s a coup. Hublot and Bucherer, two watch powerhouses came together to launch a new limited-edition timepiece embodying the brand philosophy, ‘The Art of Fusion’ .The Hublot Classic Fusion Bronze Bucherer Blue Edition is a collaborative masterpiece that’s been a skilful blend of trademark Hublot design bridged with elegant Bucherer craftsmanship. The vision looks to combine classic watchmaking, pioneering design and outstanding craftsmanship as dictated at the timepiece’s launch in London, on Nov 15th.
Benoît Lecigne, Hublot General Manager United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Eastern Europe and Scandinavia said: ““I am very proud to present this boldly crafted edition with our partner Bucherer. Hublot is honoured to be involved in the distinctive Blue Editions which have become an iconic collection for Bucherer. I am confident this edition, which demonstrates the strength and vision of both brands, will be well received and will strengthen our partnership moving forward.”
This limited-edition timepiece boasts a ‘black brushed bronze’ case bolted underneath a black ceramic bezel in trademark Hublot fashion, screwed on with titanium bolts. The crown mirrors the case with its black brushed bronze finish that of-course comes with the classic Hublot logo engraved on itself. In terms of its dial, the royal blue sunray satin makes for a luxurious contrast with the polished 3n gold appliques embracing a very masculine design. Flipping it around, the case-back features a micro-blasted black ceramic engraving of ‘Special’ + ‘Edition’ + ‘XX/30’
The Bucherer Blue operates upon a HUB1143 self-winding chronographic movement that runs purely automatic and self-winding with a 42-hour power reserve. In addition, the timepiece also features a date window at 6 o’clock. All of this strapped on with black rubber and elegant blue alligator straps hand-stitched with gold inlines. Hublot and Bucherer have priced this piece of horological excellence at Rs. 13.6 lakh.
