This post: In Good Taste: New dishes from LaBrezza, Le Binchotan and Tanjong Beach Club

After ending the past few days on such a high with all the Formula 1 festivities, it feels a little anticlimactic to be back at the daily grind. Pair that with the usual Monday Blues (and, for some of us, a hangover from all the partying), and we’re really wishing we could turn back time to the weekend.

Thankfully, a number of restaurants here have rolled out some delicious new dishes to take our mind off our post-Grand Prix withdrawal symptoms. From charcoal-smoked seabream to a tangy snapper ceviche and spaghetti smothered in ooey-gooey cheese, these brand new offerings call for a feast.

The Place: This posh poolside restaurant at The St Regis Singapore is known for its hearty Italian fare ranging from pasta to succulent meats.
