Silver medalist from the 2008 and 2012 Olympics,  Lee Chong Wei is an outstanding badminton player. He was the flagbearer for Malaysia at the opening ceremony in Rio, and is one of the few gold medal hopefuls for the country. His Instagram feed is sure to inspire you with images with world-class athletes to kick ass training sessions.

Dual Olympian and open water swimmer, Heidi Gan became the first Malaysian to compete in the open water marathon at the Olympic games in 2012. She is regarded as one of the most successful swimmers in Malaysia and we cannot wait to follow her adventures in Rio.
